Electronic Claims – Sending

Electronic insurance claims are batched from the patient’s Transaction screen. Electronic claims are sent to Change Healthcare electronically from the View E-Claim List.

To send the electronic batch from the View E-Claim list:

• Click on GoTo from the menu bar on the Transaction screen or on the Patient Lookup List.

or

• The  View eClaim button can be selected from the insurance processing screen.
• Click on the [Send Claims] button. You will not select patients before clicking on the Send button. All claims are automatically sent at the same time.
