Embedded Help (FAQ and Mini-Video Tutorials) throughout MOGO Software.

MOGO software includes a Help feature within the program, strategically placed throughout the popular features of the program and delivered in an easy Q&A format. Within the embedded Help feature, we’ve also included the option to select “Show me” tutorial videos to guide you and your staff through the most-important or in-depth features. With MOGO, embedded training is always at your fingertips, when and where you need it.

Online Training

You choose the topics and features, and our Senior Trainers will create a training outline specific to you, with personal, customized online training at your convenience. (Hourly training fee applies.)  We recommended that training be scheduled at a time when the office is closed. This will ensure an uninterrupted session for the most beneficial experience.

Custom Workshops

For face-to-face or group training, we invite MOGO users to our main office location (in the friendly Chicago ‘burb of Westmont, IL).  We’re set up with a large screen training facility, and provide classroom training in half day or full day blocks.  A MOGO team member will help coordinate a training outline, pricing and logistics.

Marking a Check NSF
A patients pays me with a check. It is now more than a month later and I get notification that the check has come back as NSF. How can I mark the check as returned, but make sure that the balance is now 30+ days past due?

Nobody likes to think about it, but checks get returned sometimes. Fortunately in MOGO, you can not only mark the check as NSF you can also bill the customer based on the aging of the balance. Because MOGO does line-item distributions, when a check is marked returned, the program knows what treatment that check was paying and how old the balance now is.
