How do I book an appointment from the Waiting List?
To schedule an appointment off of the Waiting List select the Wait List item and click on the Schedule Appointment button from the quick links bar (it should be the fifth icon from the left). The Appointment Editor will now come up asking you to confirm the details of the appointment. All of the information from the original scheduled appointment will prefill, things like the procedures/notes or amount of units, etc. Adjust the new appointment’s date and time and click OK to schedule. See booking from the waiting list in action by watching the video below.
Why are some appointments highlighted in purple?
Appointments that are Rescheduled, Canceled, or Broken will display with a purple highlight. These appointments will only show on the Appointment Book if the options are set to display them. To check these settings, go under the Options menu and look to see if the following options are checked off – Include Canceled, Include Broken, and Include Rescheduled appointments. Unchecking these options will cause them to no longer show on the Appointment Book.
How do I move an appointment?
Appointments can be moved in the Appointment Book a few different ways. You can simply click and drag the appointment to the new desired time (MOGO will prompt you to confirm the change). Another way of moving appointments is to choose the Move Appointment option after right clicking on the appointment. This will move the appointment to the Buffer (the upper right hand corner of the screen) and from there it can be dragged to the desired date/time. Finally, you can drag the appointment directly onto the Calendar that is docked to the SideBar. Dragging appointments to different dates on the Calendar will automatically book the appointment for the same operatory and time on that new date.
How do I access the Appointment Planner?
The Appointment Planner can be accessed using the Planner icon (located on the quick links bar, the icon is an open red book similar to the Appointment Book icon but with a ‘P’ in the upper corner) or by using the keyboard shortcut of ‘Ctrl+F3’.
