Printing Separate Treatment Plans
To print separate Treatment Plan options for a patient:
- Enter treatment on the patient Transaction screen.
- Enter A1 under the Plan/Phase column for all treatment that is part of Plan A/Phase 1.
- Enter A2 under the Plan/Phase column for all treatment that is part of Plan A/Phase 2.
- Enter B1 under the Plan/Phase column for all treatment that is part of Plan B/Phase 1.
- Enter B2 under the Plan/Phase column for all treatment that is part of Plan B/Phase 2.
- Continue entering plan and phase numbers. Use the same plan letter for all treatment that is part of the same Treatment Plan.
- Click on Print on the menu bar.
- Click on Treatment Plan. The Print Treatment Plan window will open.
- Enter AB in the Treatment Plan number box. All phases that are part of Plan A and Plan B will automatically be included.
- Click OK.
Each plan will print separately with the phases that are part of that plan. If you would like all treatment to be on one Treatment Plan you must use the same plan number.
You can customize Treatment Plans to include itemized fees, phase totals, and grand totals. In addition, options such as “Include Estimated Insurance” and “Include Tooth Description” can be selected when printing the Treatment Plans.
Treatment Plan messages are saved in the patient’s Notes for future reference.
