The Word Processor icon is shown on the Patient Lookup List. It is under Documents on the menu bar in the Patient Information screen or Patient Transaction screen.
The following features are under Tools on the menu bar:
- Spell Check – Spell Check is available in many areas either as a button, as an icon, or in the menu bar.
- Transaction Merge Wizard Setup – The Transaction Merge Wizard is a very powerful feature that allows you to create customized letters or documents that will merge treatment from the patient’s Transaction screen into the letter. For example, you can create letters to send to referring dentists listing surgical procedures that were completed, as well as the patient’s last visit date. These letters can then be printed as a Quick Letter at any time. Quick Letters are always saved in the patient’s Notes, so you can access them at any time and even reprint them from there!
