The Receipt    icon is on the Transaction screen. When Printing Receipts you can select the number of copies and the starting date for services to be listed on the receipt.

Note: The provider name, title, and practice information on the Receipt is based on the information that was entered in the Provider Information screen.

The following can be set to print on the receipt or not:

  • Tooth number and surface information.
  • Insurance information.
  • The provider’s license number.
  • Messages.
  • The Appointment End Time.

You can sort the receipt by:

  • Transaction Date
  • Patient Name (for family type receipts [see below])
  • Service Code

You can choose to display the following as the return address:

  • The Provider’s address
    •  This pulls from the provider’s employer information.
  • The Practice address
    •  As it appears on the Office Tab in Office Flow.
  • The Location address
    •  The address of the location you are logged into when printing the receipt.

You have three printing options for your receipt:

  • Screen
    • This will give you a print preview.  You can ensure that the information is correct prior to printing.
  • Printer
    • Sends the receipt directly to the printer.
  • e-Mail
    • This allows you to send the receipt to your patient as an email.  Note: Requires your patient to have an email address on file.  If they do not, MOGO will advise you to send the receipt to the printer.

There are three ‘types’ of receipts you can choose from:

  • Individual (Family Head Address)
    • This will generate a statement for the individual patient whose Transaction screen you are accessing.  The address, however, will be that patient’s family head’s address.
  • Individual (Patient Address)
    • This will generate a statement for the individual patient whose Transaction screen you are accessing.  The address will be that patient’s address.
  • Family
    • This will generate a statement for the family of the patient whose Transaction screen you are accessing. The address will be the family head’s address.

The next statement date can be changed and updated when a receipt is printed. If you are printing a family receipt, MOGO will update the Next Statement Date for the family head. Updating the next statement date is helpful if you do daily billing.
