Patient Lookup List – Columns

< Back

The Patient Lookup List will merge information from areas of the program, such as the Appointment Book and Patient Information screen, and display that information in columns.

You can click and drag columns directly on the Patient Lookup List to rearrange their order! You can also resize columns by dragging the vertical and horizontal dividing lines. This would be an easy way to quickly view all the patient’s medical alerts without going to their Patient Information screen.

Click and drag the horizontal dividing lines between the blue multi-selection boxes on the left side of the screen. This will increase the height of all rows.

All columns on the Patient Lookup List are sortable and searchable.  To sort a column click on the column name. Clicking the column name again will change between ascending and descending. Each individual column can be searched by clicking the empty field under the column name and entering your search criteria.  Note: not only can you search each column, you can enter search criteria into multiple columns to refine your search even more.
