Supervisor Rights
The Supervisor Rights are:
• Set up access rights for login names, including the Actual Name field
• Select Recommended Date or All Dates when generating the Daysheet
• Change the operatory title in the Appointment Book
• Modify an Accepted Budget Plan (ie, enter a date for undated treatment on a budget plan)
• Access Office Setup
• Generate a Daysheet – Comments by Patient
• Change the date to a past date when going into the MOGO Program. If you click on the calendar at the date field, you will receive a message if you do not have Supervisor Rights
• Delete from the Master Recall Setup
• Edit the Appointment Status in the Appointment History screen from the right click menu
• Mark an appointment as Cancelled, Broken, Rescheduled, or Deleted from a patient’s Appointment History
• Change information such as the Tooth, Surface, Description, Fee and Tx Plan Date fields on the Transaction Screen after a payment has been distributed to a treatment
• Delete existing Notes for a patient. Without Supervisor rights the Delete icon will not be shown at the top of the Notes screen and it will not be in the right click menu
• Delete from the Prescription History. Delete under Edit in the menu bar in the Prescription History screen will be ‘grayed out’ if the user does not have Supervisor rights
• Change the From name in the Send Message feature
• The Clock-Out column in the OCS Bulletin Board is only shown if you have Supervisor rights. The Clock-Out column displays the total time someone has been ‘out’ (clocked out) during the day

Access to Business Reports
Access can be granted to each individual report.

Edit Service Code List
The user can modify, delete, and add new codes in the Service Code list. The Edit, Delete, and New buttons will be inactive in the Service Code list if the user does not have this right.

Edit transactions dated prior to today
The user cannot modify transactions on the Transaction screen that are dated prior to the current date if they do not have this right. The entire line on the Transaction screen will be highlighted in yellow (no editing allowed). You will be asked for the Supervisor password when trying to edit.
• If you do not have this right, you can still right click and shift insurance estimates and patient estimates.
• If you do not have this right, you can still enter an Accept date on the Transaction screen for the insurance pre-authorization claim code.

Post transactions to history
Transactions cannot be sent to the Transaction History screen unless you have this right.

Un-post transactions from history
Transactions cannot be sent back to the Transaction screen from the History screen unless you have this right. Note: Since transactions can only be deleted or edited when they are on the Transaction screen, this prevents deleting or editing of transactions or payments that have been completely distributed.

Break distribution links
This allows the user to break distributions on payments on the Transaction screen even if they do not have Supervisor rights.

Purge completed To Do List/view To Do List history
The user cannot purge completed codes from the To Do List if they do not have this right. If you do not have this right, you will also be unable to view the To Do List History.

Delete and Purge patients
The user cannot delete or purge patients if they do not have this right. The options to delete or purge will be inactivated if you do not rights.

Delete providers from the Provider List
The user will be unable to delete Providers from the Provider List if they do not have this right. If you click on the Delete icon in the Provider List, a message will let you know that “user does not have rights”.

Edit provider names from the Provider Screen
The user will be unable to modify or make changes to the Provider name on the Provider Information screen if they do not have this right. This only affects editing of the actual name of the Provider. Users will still be able to edit other information on the Provider Information screen.

Change patient’s provider from Patient Information Screen
The Provider field on the Patient Information Screen can only be modified on existing patients if this right is checked.

Edit referral names from Referral Screen
The user will be unable to modify or make changes to the Referral name on the Referral Information screen if they do not have this right. This only affects editing of the actual name of the Referral. Users will still be able to edit other information on the Referral Information screen.

Access notes in Admin Cabinet
If this right is unchecked, the user will not be able to access notes in the Admin cabinet. This includes from the Notes cabinet itself as well as any of the Quick View notes cabinets on the Patient Lookup List, Appointment Book/Office Flow, and the Transaction Screen. Users without this right checked off can still enter notes into the Admin cabinet.

Access EMR Documentation
The user will be unable to access the Clinical Chart if they do not have this right. You will receive a message that you do not have rights to access this area.
• This right also allows the user to edit the EMR templates and documenting EMR from the Transaction Screen and Restorative Chart.

Edit existing EMR/QRP documents
If you do not have this right, you cannot edit existing EMR and QRP documentation in the patient’s Notes and you will not be able to manually type additional information as you are documenting EMR.
• You must have the rights to “Access EMR Documentation” in order to have the rights to edit existing documentation.

Edit existing comments/notes
The user will be unable to edit existing Notes for a patient if they do not have this right. However, the user can still add new Notes for a patient. When you save the new Note, a message will let you know that “you will not be able to change it”. If you give someone this right, they will also be able to mark a Watch, Statement, and Receipt Option.

Watch, Statement, and Receipt options from Comments Screen
This right allows the user to mark a Note to display in the Watch window or to print a Note on a Statement or on a Receipt. This right can be selected without giving someone the right to “Edit Existing Comments/Notes”. This assures HIPAA compliancy while giving staff the tools they need to communicate with patients.

Access Appointment Book setup
The user will be unable to set up or edit any of the Appointment Book Setup areas, such as Basic Setup, templates, Operatory Assignment, Appointment Symbols, and Preferred Procedure Symbols, if they do not have this right.

Edit Employer/Insurance Plan Screen
The user will be unable to make changes on the Employer, Insurance, or Group Plan Information screens if they do not have this right. The edit icon is still shown since it allows you to go to this screen. However, you will be unable to type on the Employer/Insurance Plan screen. Note: The user will still be able to unlink and link insurance from the Patient Information screen.

The link and unlink icon are not shown on the Employer/Insurance Plan screen if the user does not have this right. Note: The user will still be able to unlink and link insurance from the Patient Information screen.

Edit Image Template
The user will be unable to edit the Image Template if they do not have this right.

Access Version 14 MARS Website [Access Web Data]
This right allows the login name to access the MOGO data via mogocloud.com. This only applies to MOGO Server based users, as MOGO Cloud users have access to MOGO Online via mogocloud.net. The setup for MOGO Online is found directly above the Login Name rights section.

Process eReminder
This right allows the login name to send Appointment Confirmations, Appointment Reminders, and Recall Reminders manually via MOGO’s eReminders.

Send eStatements
This login right is required to use MOGO’s eStatement Service, which allows you to automate your statements via the internet. Additional registration through Change Healthcare is required.

Read Only
This login right will allow you to create a read only login name. A user with this right will only have basic access and functionality throughout the MOGO program.

Change insurance plan detail
This login right allows the user to modify coverage details on Insurance Plans.

Change Chart Number
The ability to change a patient’s chart number on the Patient Information screen is disabled unless the user has this right checked off.

View employee’s own Login Rights
Users who have this right checked off but do not have Supervisor Rights are able to view (but not modify) the rights currently assigned to them.

Generate Daysheet for more than 2 days
This right was part of Supervisor Rights for several versions but can now be assigned to users who do not have Supervisor Rights. It allows the user to go back more than 2 days when generating a Daysheet.

Print Daysheet including summary section
Users with this right will see a summary section at the bottom of the Daysheet.

Access Patient Pictures Image Cabinet
This right allows the user to access the Patient cabinet in the Image Cabinet and in the Notes screen. The Supervisor can also assign rights under this area to add, modify and delete Patient Picture images and folders.

Access Ledgers Image Cabinet
This right allows the user to access the Ledgers cabinet in the Image Cabinet and in the Notes screen. The Supervisor can also assign rights under this area to add, modify and delete Ledger file folders and images.

Access Letters Image Cabinet
This right allows the user to access the Letters cabinet in the Image Cabinet and in the Notes screen. The Supervisor can also assign rights under this area to add, modify and delete Letter file folders and images.

Access X-Ray Image Cabinet
This right allows the user to access the X-Ray cabinet in the Image Cabinet and in the Notes screen. The Supervisor can also assign rights under this area to add, modify and delete X-Ray file folders and images.

Access Oral Pictures Image Cabinet
This right allows the user to access the Oral cabinet in the Image Cabinet and in the Notes screen. The Supervisor can also assign rights under this area to add, modify and delete Oral Picture file folders and images.

Access company E-Mail
If you mark Access Company E-Mail, it will mark all other e-mail rights as well.
• The rights for New E-Mail, Modify E-Mail, Delete E-Mail, Setup E-Mail Account, and Send/Receive E-Mail can be marked individually.
• Marking them individually will also mark Access Company E-Mail since you would need access in order to use any of these rights.
• The user cannot send Quick Letters, Recall Cards, Statements, and Appointment Reminders via E-Mail if they do not have the right to Send/Receive E-Mail. The E-Mail icon will not be shown in the patient’s Notes screen if they do not have this right.

Access company Fax
This right allows the user to access the Fax section of the Digital Communication Suite.
• The rights for New Fax, Modify, Fax, and Delete Fax can be marked individually.
• Marking them individually will also mark Access Company Fax since you would need access in order to use any of these rights.

Credit Card access
Credit Card Processing rights can be assigned for Credit Card Access, View/Edit/Reprint Card Numbers, Add New Card Numbers, Run Authorizations, Run End of Day Processing, Edit Merchant Information, and Send Authorizations without V-Code.

Manage MOGO computers
This right gives the user the ability to modify the computers that access MOGO. This includes the location of the computer (inside or outside of your office); the ability to synchronize with the MOGO Cloud, download MOGO updates, and send eReminders; and allows the user to remotely log the computer out of MOGO or close the MOGO program.
