Batching Insurance Claims

MOGO gives you the option to batch insurance claims so that you can print them at a later time.

The “Batch Claim” feature at the top of the Insurance Form screen will allow you to batch insurance claims that you would like to print at a later time.

Note: This option is not used with electronic insurance claiming.

You can then view and print the claims that have been batched from Go To and View Batch Claims from the menu bar on the Patient Lookup List and from any Transaction screen.

The list that opens when you select View Batch Claims will be a complete list of all insurance claims that have been batched for later printing. You can then “Select All” or click to select the claims from the list that you would like to print. You will then click on the “Print” button to print the selected claims.

If you decide to delete a claim or claims from the list, you can click to select and then click on the “Delete” button at the top of the list.

After the claims print, MOGO will ask if you would like to delete the printed claims. You will want to verify that the claims printed correctly before deleting them.

Note: The “Batch” option is not shown if you select either of the Denti-Cal forms (California Medical Dental Program).
