The recent press releases from Key Dental Group are inaccurate. MOGO takes its obligations under the relevant privacy statutes very seriously. We have not disclosed any financial or protected health information of Key Dental patients, nor has there been any unauthorized breach of that data. Key Dental is involved in an ongoing dispute with the successor of its practice and, in light of that dispute, MOGO has asked a court to tell it what to do with the data.
