MOGO's new email feature is very similar to Microsoft Outlook©. The Email Setup Wizard will assist you in entering the information required to access your email account. Once you complete the Email Setup Wizard, you are ready to begin utilizing email from one centralized location in MOGO.
MARS provides your office with the peace of mind of knowing your practice data is protected. MARS backs up your data every few minutes via the internet to our secure offsite data vault. The establishment of a secure, remote offsite server has allowed us to provide this optional service for our clients for a very nominal monthly fee.
After your office registers for this service, you can specify your own backup schedule. You can even start the backup manually. This service provides the dependability of real-time backup within five minutes of the last appointment, and you can verify your data at any time. MARS is a safe, simple and fully automatic solution that's truly out-of-this world!
MOGO’s new Word Processor has many advanced features that provide your office with the tools needed for effective communication. The format and features are now very similar to Microsoft Word. Many of these new features are based on suggestions from our users. For example, the Word Processor in version 11.01 now reads Microsoft Word documents. In addition, merge fields are now used to quickly customize your documents!
Your QRP and CDS templates are now accessed by clicking on the drop-down menu next to the word processor icon on the Patient Lookup List. This will open the original word processor and will allow you to customize your Quick Report Processor documents and Clinical Documentation System templates by using variables. If you click on the word processor icon (instead of the drop-down menu) you will go to the MOGO Word Processor.
Our new LabLink module vastly improves communication with your labs and allows you to attach pictures and instructions to your digital prescriptions, and track your cases from beginning to end! internet driven, it eliminates playing "phone tag" with your labs and also works hand-in-hand with our Appointment Book.
The LabLink Communicator will allow the office to quickly see the status of cases that have been sent to the lab. The lab will update information on this list via the Internet. For example, the lab will update the date they receive the case.
If you enter a Budget Service Fee Percentage in the Budget Setup screen, a separate Budget Service Fee code will be added to the Patient Transaction screen. This code will appear when budget charges are applied.
The General Production Report now contains a total count of the number of units of each transaction type. The transaction types are production, collection, and adjustment.
When viewing reports the percentage that is selected will now save. For example, if you change the Daysheet viewing percentage to 150%, it will be at that percentage the next time you view the Daysheet.
MOGO's Power Sort Report now includes a Family Head Tab (FHT), which has all the same fields that are available under the existing Patient tab. This will allow you to customize your Power Sort Report according to Family Head information. Note: You can still select Family Head choice under the Patient tab, which will then display the Family Head's last name, first name on the report.
