MOGO has developed various methods of comprehensive training for you and your staff.

 

Video Training

MOGO offers free training videos online that walk you through the features of the MOGO program. To access these videos, please visit
our Training Videos section.

To fully utilize the training videos your computer must have speakers or headphones

 

MOGO Help FAQ/Videos

Available in Version 16, MOGO has included a Frequently Asked Questions page embedded in the program. By clicking on the Help icon in many of the different MOGO screens you have access to the most commonly asked questions and brief answers. Many of these FAQs also have Help Videos, which are brief videos that answer/explain specific questions/features in MOGO.

 

Classroom and Online Training

Along with the free training videos, MOGO also offers classroom and instructor-led online training.

Classroom training is available for either half or full day sessions at our corporate office in Westmont, IL. Instructor-led online training is provided using a high-speed internet connection using Direct Connect by Trispot. Online training is sold in two hour increments and, like classroom training, can be customized to meet the needs of your office. Note: It is recommended that online training be scheduled at a time when the office is closed. This will ensure an uninterrupted session for the most beneficial experience.
