MOGO Clients with an active Support Subscription Plan, the Trispot Direct Connect is included with the Support Subscription. MOGO Clients not on an active Support Subscription, you may order the Trispot for $49.95 for a one-year subscription. The subscription includes unlimited use of Direct Connect®. Signing up is easy. Simply download, fill out, and fax the order form to Trispot. They will confirm your order with our support staff, and we will prepare your setup.
Download Direct Connect
After you download and fill out your paperwork, you may need to download Direct Connect. MOGO version 12 users do not need to download the Direct Connect files. You can find the Direct Connect program under the Help menu. If you are using earlier versions of MOGO or are using stand-alone e-claims, you will need to download the Direct Connect files.
