Server-Based
Keeping it local. We support that.

Nightly, automatic dental practice software backups so you never miss a beat.

Automatic Backups (MARS)

Relying on your own server(s) to host your dental practice management software and all the data that runs your practice? Then you’ll be glad to know you can rely on our nightly backups. (Backups occur automatically as long as the users enable the backup feature in the MOGO program.)

If your server goes down, or any situation causes you to lose local data, you can then access MOGO’s Automated Recovery System (MARS) back up and restore your local data to within 24 hours of its current status.

MARS is included with your purchase of an annual technical support contract.

Remote Appointment Book & Patient Info Login

For occasions when your servers are down, or something prevents you or other staff from being on-site, our remote login enables you to access your Appointment Book and your Patient Information. Use this feature to check your day before heading in, or contact patients if things need to re-arrange.

Technical Support for Server-Based Users

(First, we gotta tell ya, tech support with MOGO Cloud is FREE and unlimited. If you’d like to revisit that option, or upgrade to the MOGO Cloud from server-based, head there now.  The good news is…our server-based tech support team is just as amazing as our cloud-based tech support team. (We know that for sure because they’re the same great folks on both teams.) According to a Clinicians Report™ survey, MOGO has the highest percentage rate for the most satisfactory customer support in the dental software industry.

  2. Press Save in the File Download dialog box
  3. Save the file to your desktop and a MOGO representative will assist you with setup

“Lindsay was so helpful. I have worked with her many times and she was diligent in her efforts to help me find the solution to my issues. Ready to reach for the stars?

If you’re currently using MOGO server-based dental practice management software, and are ready to gain all the benefits of the cloud, let us give you hand.

Upgrade to MOGO Cloud!

A Completely Seamless Conversion

It couldn’t be easier, or more cost-effective. Our MOGO technical team will provide a completely seamless conversion of your data to MOGO Cloud. We’ll even do a full day of testing to ensure everything is perfect for you.

More Cost Effective

MOGO Cloud is easier on the bottom line. MOGO Cloud starts as low as $250 a month for unlimited users, with every feature and function included, plus includes unlimited tech support.  (Yep, pretty awesome.)

Compare that to the cost of server-based, (which requires one lump annual renewal fee plus the purchase of an annual tech support agreement), and you’ll begin to see the dollar savings in year one with the cloud. It’s more than that though. The cloud adds numerous cost-saving efficiencies—particularly for multi-location practices. And, for that really big smile, consider the savings of ditching those costly, pesty, chunky servers.

“With MOGO Cloud, we have two offices that conveniently link to the same cloud database; and we rest assured that should we have a computer virus or other catastrophe, all our data is securely saved offsite. MOGO is a company moving forward with technology to position its clients at the forefront of modern dentistry.”
-R. Benjamin Scott, CU Dentists, LTD
