eReminders
MOGO's eReminders is an automated system for sending text message appointment confirmations and reminders to your patients' cell phones.
Their responses are sent to your office throughout the day via e-mail. eReminders can be sent via text message or e-mail and you can even send your Recall reminders via MOGO's eReminders.
The content of text message and e-mail reminders can be customized for appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and Recall reminders.
You can even customize personal eReminders options for individual patients, and then just send them all at once with a few mouse clicks. No extra equipment is needed to take advantage of eReminders!
MARS
The loss of data in your dental office can be very deadly. MARS continuously backs up your data every few minutes and sends it to a secure off-site data vault via an internet connection. If a catastrophic event should occur in your practice, just log in to your MARS data and view y9our valuable practice information instantly.
eLogin
You can simply log in to your MARS back up and view your data from anywhere, at anytime. If you system goes down, do not panic. MOGO provides your practice with a local and remote database. No matter whether your computer or internet is down you are still up and running. You can log in using your internet browser to see which patients are coming through the door.
Medical History and Secure eSignature
The last piece of the puzzle for going paperless is MOGO's eSignature feature. Using either a Signature Pad or Tablet PC, you now have the security of a legally binding document, contrary to "just an image". The contents of the stored document are encrypted, along with true signature biometric data, such as measured pressure, speed and stroke. HIPAA privacy forms, treatment plans, prescriptions, and financial agreements are all securely saved for instant access without risk of tampering.
MOGO's new Medical History feature, including a secure eSignature, will even prompt you to update the patient's Medical History in the Appointment Monitor!
eEligibility
MOGO instantly connects you to the insurance company to give you real time eligibility and benefits on your patients. Again leading the industry, eEligibility is also EDI 270/271 and HIPAA compliant. Accurate insurance estimates for treatment plan presentations and patient portions collected at the time of service provides an immediate solution for cash flow productivity.
