Patient Information – Family Table

The Family Table can be accessed from the Patient Lookup List, Patient Information screen or any Patient Transaction screen, as well as from other areas of the program.

 The Family Table is under Patient on the menu bar in many areas of the program and it is also shown as an icon.  You can also access the Family Table by using the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl + F].

You can easily access a family member’s Patient Information or Transaction screens from the Family Table by clicking on the patient name and clicking on the Patient or Transaction icons.

Note: Patients are linked together in MOGO by entering the same person as the Family Head in all family members’ Patient Information screens.

The Family Table is where insurance benefits for family members can be assigned. You can also enter individual Insurance ID numbers in the Family Table.
