How do I scan images into MOGO?
Once you have connected a Windows compatible scanner and the TWAIN drivers have installed, scanning images is simple. From the Image Cabinet click on the Twain Scan icon. This will bring up the scanner’s interface. Make sure all of the settings are as you need them and click scan. Once again, the images will save into the cabinet and folder you have open in the Image Cabinet. To learn more about scanning into MOGO, view the help video below.

How do I import images into the Image Cabinet?
To import an image, click on the Import icon on the top row of the Image Cabinet. Select your file and click open. You will want to make sure that you are in the desired cabinet and folder first. You can also import images by dragging and dropping them from a folder or the desktop directly into the MOGO Image Cabinet. For more info on importing, view the help video below.

How do I file images via Templates?
Images that are saved in your Xray cabinet can be saved according to their type by filing them via Templates. To do this, highlight the folder where your images are saved and click the File Image icon from the tool bar. This will bring up the Template interface at the bottom of the window. Choose the appropriate template you wish to file under and simply drag and drop the desired images to the appropriate box on the template.

How do I email an image?
To email an image simply select the image, or images if you desire, and click on the email icon at the top of the Image Cabinet. View the help video on emailing images below for more info.

How do I setup an Intraoral Camera?
After you connect the camera to your computer, the device should automatically install the drivers. If not, you will need to install using any media provided by the camera manufacturer. To initiate your camera, click on the Edit Image icon from the Image Cabinet. In the image editor, either click on the Play button or use the keyboard short-cut (F5) to start video. Once video has started, you simply need to click the capture icon or use the keyboard short-cut (F8). Once you have captured your images, click on the stop icon or the short-cut (F6). You can then save your images individually or save them via template. Watch the help video below on setting up your intraoral camera for more info.

After clicking Play, click the gear icon then the arrow next to Quality.

On the Quality menu, select the desired resolution. All MOGO Training/Help videos are full HD (1080p) but you can view them as lower HD resolutions to reduce buffering/loading time.
