What is the purpose of the Personal eReminder Preferences screen?
MOGO allows you to setup defaults for your office when it comes to sending eReminders. Occasionally, you will come across patients who do not want to receive the kind of messages you set as default. On the Personal Preferences screen you are able to set the preferences for each patient or family.
