Auto Posting to History

MOGO will automatically post treatment and payment lines to History when you activate the Auto-Post Cleared Items feature from Edit on the menu bar on the Transaction screen. Note: If you activate Auto Post, it is activated for all patients.

The treatment that has been paid in full, as well as completely distributed payment lines, will be sent to History when you close the Transaction screen.

Insurance claim codes will not be sent to History automatically. You can click on File on the menu bar and select Post Transactions to select these claim codes and send them to History.

  • Click on Edit from the menu bar and click on Auto-Post Cleared Items. This feature will remain activated for all patients until you click again to remove the check mark.
  • Click on Close to close the Transaction screen. Treatment and payments are then automatically sent to History whenever you close the Transaction screen.
