Located in Westmont, Illinois, the MOGO Corporate office provides a relaxed training environment for maximum learning potential. Our classes are structured in hands-on and classroom lecture format with an experienced trainer. You and your staff will benefit from the collective knowledge of a trainer with not only practical dental office experience but who has also assisted many offices in utilizing the MOGO program to best fit their needs. We offer numerous training options including group, one-on-one and customized sessions to provide your office with training flexibility.
Each session is held in a classroom setting, with no more than four offices scheduled at one time. One computer will be available for each office.
Please note: Training classes are always taught on the current version of the program. If your office is not on the current version of the MOGO Program, it is recommended that you purchase and install the necessary updates before scheduling a training session at our Westmont facility.
We appreciate a 24 hour advanced notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled class. MOGO reserves the right to cancel any class at least seven days prior to the scheduled day of training. MOGO is not responsible for the airfare expenses or other expenses incurred due to a cancelled course or weather. There are no refunds or credits for training classes.
We recommend the Club House Inn at (800) CLUB-INN. Be sure to mention that you are attending MOGO’s Training Courses. Shuttle service is available to and from our office by the Club House Inn.
MOGO's initial training package on CD-ROM is included with your program. The multimedia training will cover the same basic information that is covered in the New Staff Training classes. MOGO’s Help can also be accessed at any time throughout the program.

The MOGO New Staff Training Class is a series of two sessions covering many of the basic and some of the advanced functions of the MOGO program. This course is recommended for offices that are new to the MOGO program and for new staff members in established offices.
Session 1 will familiarize you with the basics of the MOGO program.
Hours: 9:30am to 4:00pm, (lunch break from 12-1, on your own)
Session 2 will familiarize you with various setup and reports in the MOGO program. Hours: 9:30am to 1:00pm (a 15 minute break will be provided)
$675 for Sessions 1 and 2 for the first person, additional person, $275/ea. Should your staff require only Session 1 the fee is $375 for the first person, additional person $275/ea.

The Special Training class will cover the topic of choice. This class can be scheduled at your convenience (depending on availability of dates) for your office exclusively. This class is recommended for either new MOGO users or established MOGO clients. This provides your office personal attention.
Some suggestions for topics are:

MOGO is pleased to offer online training. This training is provided using a high-speed Internet connection for the convenience of our clients. Online training is offered by the hour and can be customized to the needs of your office. A two-hour session is recommended for the most benefit. With a four to eight hour package purchase MOGO will provide at no charge, a full year subscription to Direct Connect by Trispot. Direct Connect offers an easy and simple high speed Internet connection software link to MOGO.
It is recommended that training sessions be scheduled at a time when the office is closed. This will ensure an uninterrupted session for the most beneficial training experience.
$125 per hour (2 hour session minimum)
